Can we have a BBQ?

At Katsuren Seatopia, you can BBQ using our rental equipment (please do not bring your own). For Seatopia Onna, we can recommend several BBQ facilities nearby.

Do children need to pay?

Child rates vary by booking site. On Airbnb, children under 2 are counted as "infants" and stay free of charge.

Can we send luggage ahead by courier?

Depending on the contents, yes. Please contact us after booking.

Is parking available?

Free parking for 2 cars at Katsuren Seatopia and 1 car per room (708 and 709) at Seatopia Onna. For additional cars, please use nearby coin parking.

Can we have a party?

Drinking parties and excessive noise disturb our neighbors, so please refrain. Please keep quiet after 9 p.m. Family birthdays, celebrations and relaxed get-togethers with friends are welcome, as long as you keep the noise down.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m.

Is there a cancellation fee?

50% from 3 days before your stay, and 100% on the day. Please see our House Rules for details.
