The accommodation facility Seatopia (Katsuren Seatopia, Seatopia Onna Village) is operated with the desire to provide guests with a comfortable stay in Okinawa. For this reason, we do not allow any behavior that may cause inconvenience to future customers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Please read the following accommodation agreement, terms of use and house rules carefully before staying, and please observe the matters to be considered.
■ Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy is as follows. If a settlement cancellation fee is incurred, the customer will be responsible for it. Please note.
After 3 days before your stay: 50%
On the day of your stay: 100%
* Exception: Cancellation is free of charge due to unavoidable circumstances when affected by natural disasters such as typhoons. A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to poor physical condition.
■ Check-in/out
Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00.
The key number, which is valid only for the period of your stay, is provided with the check-in guide.We will inform you in advance by e-mail or telephone.
Notes
■ Entrance lock & window lock
For security reasons, please lock the door and windows.
Please lock the door even when you go to bed. Especially when you go out or leave the house, leaving the door unlocked or the window open will pose a security problem (prevention of burglary). Please make sure the door is locked.
■ Lost items
checkaPlease be careful not to forget anything when you go out.
Post-delivery of lost items is not possible. note that.
■ Power saving
When you go out or leave, please turn off the electricity, air conditioner, and home appliances.
We ask for your cooperation in saving electricity.
■ Guest list
According to laws and regulations, the following items will be recorded in the accommodation book for all guests.
Please respond at check-in.

Occupation (company employee/public employee/part-time job/student/sole proprietor, etc.)

Nationality (Foreign nationals also need a passport number)

■ Garbage separation
Our inn has garbage bins for "burnable garbage" and "non-burnable garbage".Please cooperate in sorting.
When checking out, please dispose of your garbage in the trash can in your room.
(If you put it outside, stray cats and insects will mess with it. Please leave your garbage indoors.)
Prohibited matter
■No smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the room. No smoking, even under the fan.
If you don't like smoking, even the slightest smell will make you feel uncomfortable.
■No pets allowed
Pets are not allowed at our hotel, even if they are small animals. Please understand.
■Parties & EventsRefusal
Go gamePlease be considerate of noise in the neighborhood. In the past, the police have been dispatched, so please be considerate.
■ Strictly no shoes
No shoes are allowed inside the room. Please use indoor slippers.
■ Deception of the number of guests (false declaration)
There is a security camera at the outside entrance of our inn.
If more people come and go than the number of people booked, an additional fine of 20,000 yen will be charged.
If you have any circumstances such as meeting relatives or acquaintances in Okinawa, please consult in advance.
Based on the contents, we will judge the permission to go in and out.
■Damage to equipment and fixtures as usual
If you stay and use it, nothing in the accommodation will be broken.
In the case of damage to the room equipment (walls, doors, lighting) and destruction/damage to furniture and home appliances caused by the customer's actions, we will estimate the amount necessary for repair and claim compensation for damages.
■Do not bleach or color hair in the bath.
Please visit a nearby beauty salon.
* If any nuisance that falls under the above violations is discovered, a fine will be charged.
The contents of this house rule can be changed without notifying the user, except for laws and regulations and other matters stipulated otherwise in this policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the changed house rules shall take effect from the time they are posted on this website.
